Coming into the apartment there is the living room, very luminous thanks to the balconies with a beautiful view to the old wall of the Albaicin and the city of Granada. The living room has a double sofa-bed, an armchair and a TV. There is also a dining-room with a table for four people. After that, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Afterwards, there is the bedroom, with a double bed, an armchair, a built-in closet and a balcony with a view, which gives to the room a special charm. Finally, there is a bathroom en suite with a shower.

This apartment it’s located in the center of the Albaicin, the oldest neighbourhood of Granada. This area it’s in front of the Alhambra hill, on the San Cristobal mountain, surrounded by the Sacromonte, the Elvira street and the Darro river. This neighbourhood it’s perfect to relax, take a walk around the calm streets, discover lookouts and enjoy the typical gastronomy of the city.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
