Absolutely PERFECT!

I can't say much more than that. Spacious, clean, very comfortable bedding, lovely and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, screened in porch that was amazing in the morning and evening. The host, Maria, was super responsive and helpful - though we didn't really need any help. She had everything spelled out for us. This place is close to lots of food, the airport, and minutes from the water...not far from Clearwater and only about 20 minutes from the main attractions. It was really a treat. Highly recommend!

Great House

The house is great and in a convenient location. It was a little odd to see that there were side apartments attached to the house that weren't talked about. The house has everything as shown in the listing. Lots of space!!!

Nice house

It is a nice house. Close to alot but not with in walking distance. Has a really nice screened in back porch, perfect for just sitting and reading.

Spacious but cozy

Very nice very accommodations for our family. The house is in an established neighborhood. Convienant to everything. The beds were comfortable, the linens were well appointed. The kitchen was fabulous. No dishwasher but not a biggie. At the time we were there there is day construction going on at the house next door. Not a biggie either they dont start too early or stay too late. Back yard and the lainai was very spacious to spread out.

Spacious, and immaculate

There were a few incidents that needed attention. Maria, an excellent host ,responded very quickly. A couple of times hearing the people from within the same area. Maria took care of it

Very cute house

The house was perfect. Only thing weird were the adjoining apartments. We could hear them through the walls.

Huset har ett lugnt och bra läge. Fina vitvaror och inredning. Matsalsbordet har endast 4 stolar och vi var 5 personer vilket gjorde det trångt.Det minsta badrummet är väldigt litet mer som en toalett.Huset har förutom denna del ytterligare två lägenheter så man har grannar på båda sidor.Bra att tänka på om man har mer en än bil.Övrigt ett fint hus.

Family business in Tampa

My wife and I, along with my sister and her husband were in Tampa to take care of final arrangements for our Mother who unfortunately passed away Nov. 27th. I found this property available for our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was very close to every place we needed go to take care of her arrangements. The property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were excellent! We wish we were there under better circumstances because the property is very close to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and the Tampa airport. We would certainly stay at this property again!! Thanks for everything

Nice Place

House was nice and spaced out with enough room for the family. A little different with having side apt attached to the main house but everyone was quiet and respectful. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues.

Business Stay-worth it

Stayed in the house for two nights instead of a hotel, as company was attending a conference. Worked out perfectly. Online, and pictures, are spot on as to description. Weren’t there very much during the day, but it was nice to have a place to come back and relax a little bit. Very easy access to the airport. Grocery store/drug store are fairly near. Thoughtfully clean. Plenty of basic non-food house supplies. As advertised. Would stay there again.

Great Experience!

The home was very accomodating, comfortable and spacious. Loved the spacious, well stocked kitchen and the two living areas with a TV in each. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. The screen room was also a nice. We would choose this option again if available.

Our visit

Was not 100% comfortable with someone in garage apt wall to wall with house. No issues with that person at all just a bit different for me. Other than that, the house was very clean and worked for us.
