Stairs to 2nd floor leading to bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with fitted wardrobes and small TV and sliding doors to the balcony. Bedroom with bunk beds and 40 inch flatscreen wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors to decked balcony garden amongst the conifer pines with both comfortable sofa seating and dining area. Large gas BBQ. Family shower room (large walk-in shower). Parking - Car port for one vehicle and option to park another across front of house. (Car port max height 2.1m / max width 2.45m / length 5m). Further on-street parking, first come-first served.
