About this property

Villa Laurel has a good sea view from its position, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Son Bou. This lively resort has a great atmosphere, with plenty of shops and restaurants on offer. Plus, the entrance to the beach - the longest on the island - is within easy reach on foot too. This charming 3 bedroom villa has several authentic Spanish features, a private swimming pool and a BBQ. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Laurel is located in the area of Son Bou known as San Jaime, 10 minutes' walk from the resort centre. This much-loved resort is full of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. The beach at Son Bou is the longest on the island, and is accessed via a wooden board walk on the far side of the resort, still within easy reach on foot. For larger parties, our Villa Girasol is next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
