The villa consists of two kitchens, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric gate, laundry area, alarm system.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October, off season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 100.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Mandatory cleaning fee euro 150 per week, not included in the price and to pay upon arrival.
