You won’t need to travel far to enjoy eateries as
the impressive Lynford Hall has an in-house restaurant open to non-residents, Brown’s café serves an excellent breakfast and the local village inn serves good pub food. A 15-minute drive away are the market towns of Swaffham and Thetford with shops, supermarkets, regular market days, and many more eateries. High Lodge and Go Ape are close by for tree top adventure. Take to two wheels on the Norfolk Cycle Way with lots of routes and quiet roads. With so much to explore in every direction, you will be spoilt for choice with what to do. Simply relax and enjoy this idyllic location, or snuggle up by the wood burner for cosy nights in.
City lovers can explore the medieval city of Norwich with its imposing Norman castle; Kings Lynn and its fascinating Hanseatic Quarter; Ely with its magnificent cathedral the ’Ship of the Fens’; the university city of Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds with its famous abbey.
