Bright cheery sanctuary
The apartment was bright and well-appointed, everything we needed was available. Our host Giacomo sent clear instructions on entering the apartment and the facilities available and was happy to answer our questions in a timely manner. The attractions of Bologna were a short walk away. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the apartment to others.

Perfect apartment in Bologna
This apartment was ultra clean, extremely spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed/pillows were comfortable, the washing machine and A/C were huge bonuses. There was some noise from the street but it didn’t hinder our sleep at all. Lovely bakery, gelateria, and pizza restaurant on Via Augusto Murri. Try the Affumico restaurant which was a 18 min walk. Extremely delicious non-traditional food and the waitress was delightful. We came to Bologna for the food, and it didn’t disappoint. Our host was very helpful too!

disappointed in our stay
My main complaint would be lack of AC - there is one AC unit but it's in the kitchen/living area and it's struggling to work and never makes it to the temperature you set it on for. Because of that it's very hot in the bedrooms to sleep when temperature is 90-100 degrees outside (way over 30C). It's a shame because unit looks well and remodeled and it has a lot of potential. Other complaints - pull out couches are extremely uncomfortable and instead of a "stone through" distance from historic center, it really is a 25-30 min walk. Both TV's are smart TV's so forget about using Netflix. Bottom line - if you are an American and you are visiting in the summer - don't. Chose the time of the year when AC is not needed and then maybe unit will work for you. We left after the 1st night, unfortunately

Super Aufenthalt
Es war hervorragend für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während der drei Wochen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Lage haben wir nicht die volle Punktzahl gegeben, da es verkehrsbedingt sehr laut ist, man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Bei der Genauigkeit des Onlineeintrags haben wir einen Punkt abgezogen, da der auf dem Foto gezeigte Balkon, der Balkon der Nachbarwohnung ist. Aber die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und alles was das Herz sonst noch begehrt.

Pleasant, charming flat within minutes of Bologna's old city
We had a pleasant stay, although just for one night. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Bologna, it was clean, well furnished, with all the amenities - it would have been good for a longer stay. The owner was polite and easily reachable.

Un bellissimo weekend a Bologna
Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa Leaf durante il ponte dell'Immacolata. La casa è molto carina e ben arredata, perfetta per 4 persone. La procedura di check in in modalità self è molto comoda ed il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Beautiful appartment
Very clean and modern appartment, easy to get to and on the main road for the town centre. Road traffic is quite noisy but managable. Only thing is the main town is a 20-25 minute walk, not 5 minutes as listed.

Bologno lohnt sich
Aufenthalt war etwa getrübt. Im inserat war von 2 Schlafzimmer die Rede. Gab nur eins. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer höchstens als Notbett zu sehen. Bett und Einrichtung relativ neu und gut. Schlafzimmer nach vorne zur stark befahrenen Straße sehr laut. Schade Wohnungen insgesamt hübsch aber hellhörig. Wenn die Bewohner darüber/daneben telefonieren oder laufen ist die Geräuschkulisse schon störend. Besonders wenn man als Urlauber nicht früh um 6.00 uhr aufstehen muss. Das Viertel hat viele schöne Ecken und die Busanbindung ist sehr gut.

Great spot for visiting Bologna
We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. It has a full kitchen including a dishwasher. And, most importantly, the apartment has good air conditioning. That was a big win for our summer trip. The listing says it’s a 5 minute walk to the historic town center but it’s more actually 20 minutes to the actual heart of the city. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment, though. It is a short walk to the Giardini Margherita, and we loved walking through on our way into the city center. One other note: the apartment is located on a busy road so we did notice some traffic noises. We didn’t have trouble sleeping but keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. All in all, we would stay here again. Bologna is a lovely city and we’ll be back.

Ideal spot for Bologna
Lovely clean apartment outside of the centre of Bologna. Getting in was easy and Giacomo was very supportive and helpful, responding to messages promptly. The apartment itself is on the first floor, has everything you need and would sleep three comfortably - there were two of us and it was ideal for us. There was a little road noise, but not enough to bother me. The location is good - we tended to cycle in, which is preferrable to driving because of the restrictions on cars in the old city and difficulty parking. City buses go past the apartment as well. Bologna itself is a gem and well worth visiting. All in all, highly recommended.

Immaculate apartment
The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Not sure it is accurate to say it is a 5 min walk to the centre. I see the centre as The Duomo which was a 20min walk. The local bus system is excellent however and I would recommend buying a city pass (10tickers)for €14
