Numerous beach bars and restaurants are all in walking distance along the promenade, the marina is a 20 minute stroll away and the cobbled streets of Lagos another 5 minutes.

UPPER FLOOR
As you step into this exquisite villa, prepare to be captivated by breathtaking panoramic ocean vistas elegantly framed by our double-glazed, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN, DINING, and LOUNGE AREAS are adorned with top-tier furnishings, creating the perfect setting for quality time with loved ones. Our contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and features a built-in coffee machine and a wine fridge. Adjacent to it, a dining area comfortably accommodates up to six guests, and a spacious sofa and entertainment area awaits.
Opening the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leads you to the EXPANSIVE TERRACE where these stunning views stretch from the neighboring town of Portimao to the east, encompassing Meia Praia beach, and extending to the historic town of Lagos in the west. On this terrace, you'll find a generously-sized, plush corner sofa, a breakfast table, and remote-controlled electric awnings, ensuring a comfortable space for relaxation throughout the day. Steps from the terrace lead down to the POOL and JACUZZI area, complete with an additional sizable OUTDOOR DINING SPACE and a SUMMER BBQ KITCHEN.
GROUND FLOOR
The THREE AIR-CONDITIONED BEDROOMS are situated on the ground floor, all offering mesmerizing ocean and pool views. Each bedroom provides direct access to the pool through sliding double-glazed doors, all equipped with electric blackout blinds for restful nights. The MASTER SUITE boasts a UK Kingsize bed, a dressing area, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the room features a ceiling fan to complement the air-conditioning. The SECOND BEDROOM also offers a UK Kingsize double bed and a ceiling fan alongside the air-conditioning. The THIRD BEDROOM provides twin beds, which can be joined to form a Super-King size bed if desired. Both bedrooms share the SECOND FAMILY BATHROOM.
Through the second bathroom, a storage room leads to the utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Another door from this area takes you to the villa's exterior, offering a convenient drying area for beach towels and laundry.
POOL AREA
The ground floor pool area, accessible from both the bedrooms and the upper terrace, is a serene haven surrounded by lush flowers and trees.
The SIZABLE POOL is perfect for leisurely swims, while the HEATED JACUZZI offers ultimate relaxation throughout the year. A separate WC is conveniently located by the pool, and an outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Completing this outdoor oasis is the covered summer kitchen, featuring a sink and a built-in BBQ. The adjacent dining area offers extremely comfortable seating for all guests, making it the perfect spot for alfresco summer evening meals. Additional shade can be obtained from the manual awning over the terrace.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the design of the terraces and pool areas small children must be supervised at all times when outside.
BEACH ACCESS
For easy access to the beach, including its array of charming beach bars and restaurants, simply use the SECURE REAR GATE. This gate conveniently opens onto the beach road. Just across this road lies the pristine sand dunes, and a brief, picturesque walk, which involves crossing the charming single-track scenic railway, will lead you directly to the beachfront.
Upon your return from the beach, you'll find a convenient tap by the steps to rinse off your sandy feet.
GUEST ACCESS
This property offers the convenience of a private off-street, undercover car PARKING SPACE, thoughtfully located on-site behind secure electric gates. Additionally, for your convenience, there is ample, complimentary street parking directly opposite the property.
The flat terrain ensures effortless strolls to the nearby Meia Praia beach, where a charming WOODEN WALKWAY gracefully meanders along the sand dunes, offering convenient access to all the beach bars. Moreover, at the end of this picturesque pathway, you'll discover a water taxi station. This water taxi will whisk you across the river to the enchanting historical town of Lagos, providing a delightful and scenic passage to explore its old town charm.
A leisurely 15-minute walk along the road running along the bottom of the property brings you to the marina, and an extra 5 minutes over the bridge will take you to the town center.
Should you prefer public transportation, a local bus stop on the beach road provides access to both ends of Meia Praia and downtown Lagos.
For added flexibility, Uber and local taxi services are readily available.

MID STAY CLEAN (14 nights)
For stays of 14 nights a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is provided.
LONGER WINTER RENTALS (28 nights or more)
During longer stays a complimentary general cleaning service is offered every week and bed linen/covers and towels will be refreshed every two weeks.
The villa is also equipped for a perfect winter holiday, being south facing and with optional underfloor heating on the lower level. The sheltered balcony and terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all day and the heated jacuzzi enables you to make the most sunny winter days outdoors.
HEATED POOL COSTS
For an additional cost per week, the swimming pool can also be heated allowing you to enjoy warmer daily dips between May and September.
