Charming light-filled cottage

We were delighted to find this well located cottage at the last minute. Everything ran smoothly and the property was comfortable. Bottle of wine in the fridge a welcome touch. Chichester is very pleasant with lots to see and do nearby. Lovely to be able to sit out in the garden to eat. On street parking was free and mostly close by. Only criticisms were that there seems to be a minor damp problem, there were quite a few cobwebs (otherwise clean) and the steep stairs are not child-friendly (or for suitable for the less mobile). It’s not possible to put up a gate at the top so vigilance is necessary. If you are travelling with children, the nearby park and playground has plenty to amuse.
