Vernissa 288 Beautiful country house with swimming pool:
Holiday House ' Vernissa 288 ' Wonderful Rural House with private swimming pool and only a few minutes from the beaches of the Bay of Alcudia.
The house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, bright and very pleasant with a large swimming pool and natural lawn on one side, large terraces with children's area and barbecue area.
It is distributed in two floors, with large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, three of which have air conditioning, the last one has a ceiling fan. Three complete bathrooms, two of them en-suite.The distribution of the bedrooms is the same both on the ground floor and on the upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with separate single beds.
The swimming pool is large and beautiful, well maintained. The surroundings are very quiet, the area called 'Son Morro' which is countryside and different farms and private estates, the views are to the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, the surrounding countryside and on the top floor of the house to the sea in the distance, has fruit trees and seasonal garden.
Beautiful beach, 'Es Capellans' only 10 minutes away by car, highly recommended for children, sandy and shallow with shallow waters, as well as almost the entire bay of Alcudia (19km. long) to the port of Alcudia.
EXTRAS (Not included in the price to be paid on arrival):-Final cleaning : 220€.-Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
