Beautiful 15th Century cottage located in high above the River Avon located on the south west coast path and within (2-3 mile) walking distance to Bantham beach in one direction and (1-2 mile) Aveton Gifford village the other. It is a really special spot that takes you back in time... with the owls sending you to sleep along with the distant roll of the ocean. Surrounded by trees and pretty gardens it is a magical place to rest after enjoying all the area has to offer.
