23 Trenwith Place is a stunning, contemporary, and lovingly restored four-bedroom holiday home with fabulous sea views across St Ives Town. Generously spread over three floors and benefiting from a large garden with summer house, it is the perfect location for friends and families alike.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary and modern vibe. The living area boasts underfloor heating, a cosy, sumptuous sofa, signature chairs, Smart TV, a log burner, and “cocktail corner” with its own “Ring for Rose” bell perfect for a relaxing sundowner after a long day at the beach. With stunning wooden floors and elegant white walls, it has a chic yet bohemian feel.
The dining table, with its dramatic overhead lighting, comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.
The elegant white and grey kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Located on the top floor, the master bedroom is modern with a tasteful nautical vibe with a king size bed, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. It also has the added benefit of a desk where you can work while looking out over the gorgeous garden. With deep blues and a tranquil white palette this room is reminiscent of the beautiful waters that surround St Ives.
Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, has ample storage, and is decorated with a naturalistic vibe. Luscious greens and earth tones highlight the warmth and cosiness of this room.
