We are a young couple, that love the sun and the beach, it was one of our dreams to be able to have a beach property, so, as soon we got the chance we did almost the impossible to have it. We are very hard working persons, and we like to have all our things with good maintenance, my wife is an architect, so she made most of the decoration in the place, most of it were done by us with our hands, if you like something of the decoration stuff in the condo, you can ask for it, and we can sell it to you.
Why they chose this property
Bucerias is a tiny village with beautiful and big, beach, sand is golden and soft, it has the best sunsets in the winter, this town is really friendly and has a lot of good restaurants, and the ambience is very familiar, there not such things as discos and noisy bars with crowds of people, on the contrary is a very tranquil town, that many canadians, have adopted as their second home.
The area where it is located is known as the "Golden Area", and in town is the most beautiful secure area, the beach is at just two bloks, and there is a lot of public access to it.
