Villa Highlights

The resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki sit close together both with sandy
beaches and views over to the island of Zakynthos. The twin villas of
Eri and Georgia are closer to Lourdas with a good selection of tavernas
and bars in the village of Vlachata which sits above the beach at
Lourdas. At Captain Zorbas tavern in Vlachata, you will receive a warm
welcome from the owner Marinos who also owns the villas. Lourdas beach
is famous for its fish tavernas and motorboat hire is available.

Overview
Villa Eri is located in Lourdas, Kefalonia. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6
people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South
Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

The front door of this two-level villa leads to the open-plan living
room with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Also on the
ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. A
staircase leads to the 1st-floor bedrooms. The master bedroom has a
double bed with an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a twin with
a separate bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms both have balconies with
panoramic sea views to Zakynthos. On the ground level, there are
balcony doors leading from the bedroom and an open plan living area to
the poolside terrace for sunbathing or for dining outside under the
shade of the olive tree. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and
can take 2 extra children using the double sofa bed in the living room.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Eri has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
