This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is part of a new development in central Birmingham. With a stylish interior, floor to ceiling windows and a balcony, as well as all the amenities required, you'll find this flat to be the perfect place to relax. The central location means you are within walking distance of the majority of attractions in the city.

The Space:
The stylish and bright interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern appliances and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room let in plenty of natural light and create a feeling of space, with access to a balcony that stretches along the apartment. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a large sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedrooms both feature storage space for your belongings and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath (and shower over bath) and the other with a shower. There will be complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use.

There is also a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

Birmingham city centre

Convenient for visitors who are happy to walk or Uber to restaurants etc, as very little in immediate vicinity. Apartment has all the big ticket items, but let down by lack of some smaller things etc. no tea towels, very small mirrors in bathroom, obviously put up by tall man!!Although two keys only one fob, so if not a couple doing everything together had to work out logistics, who will be back first etc. . Excellent communication with host.

Needs paint!

I read a previous review that was posted about 6 months ago stating the unit was in desperate need of a paint job. I booked the unit thinking a few updates would have been done in a 6 month time span, I was wrong! The unit needs paint on every wall and on the bathroom shelves. The blinds are worn and need to be replaced, closet is still missing a handle, and some new furniture is desperately needed. The beds were comfortable and the location was great! The unit is on the 1st floor so don’t think your getting a skyline view. Oh there is a washing machine but no dryer, you have to air dry ( hang your clothes to dry). For the price you get what you pay for! A few updates and I would pay a little more to stay there again

One chair unusable Oven tray filthy Had to buy clothes hangers Bathroom surfaces not acceptable no tiles in despite need of painting Continued building work For tramway works every day 6am -6pm Weekends street drinkers noise outside all day and most of night white swan pub Very poor quality iron Splash back on kitchen surface filthy no tiles also desperate need to be painted.
