The penthouse is very spacious and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room plus and magnificent conservatory of 25 m2 with sea view (Moon beach) and on clear days one can see the mountains in Morocco. It has also a terrace at the top more than 75 m2 with barbecue and everything you need for a great meal.
In the apartment can be comfortable six people (1 bedroom with double bed 180 * 200, 1 with two beds and living room with sofa bed ). The master bedroom has a great bed of one of the best brands in the world (carpe diem) is used in an exclusive bed luxury hotel suite.
In the residential private, there is a parking available and there is also a garden area with a large swimming pool, all surrounded by a magnificent pine forest. You can get to the attic, without going up any step,. Despite being in the countryside, it is situated just two minute walk from the beach, the mall “Los cipreses” (restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc.) and from the bus stop and taxi stand(Marbella, Fuengirola etc ...) . Besides the magnificent harbor of Cabopino and the golf course are only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking along the beach or among the pines.

Appartement très lumineux et terrasse sur le toit hyper agréable avec vue incroyable
Emplacement idéal pour à la fois aller à la plage à pieds et aussi pour la proximité des bus, des commerces. TOUT est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner sans hésitation. Propriétaire à l'écoute et de bons conseils.

Vi var 2 voksne i long stay. Havde et godt ophold på trods af nærhed til A7. Stuen er efter skandinaviske forhold lille Men de 2 soverum er forsynede med gode senge og udestuen og tagterrassen er virkeligt fine og nyttige Alle hvidevarer og varmepumpe fungerede fint

Vi kom till Calahonda och mottogs av Mariebell och Daniel. Lägenheten uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Underbar utsikt, nära till havet och affärer. Fantastisk strandpromenad. Underbara sängar. Rent och snyggt i lägenheten. Terassen som vi också kunde utnyttja var toppen. Vi återkommer gärna. Juan gav oss många bra tips. Tack Monica och Roger

Calahonda!
En effet, un endroit fort sympathique! pres de la plage par un raccourci qu'on le fait a pied sans aucun souci, l'appartement est spacieux, avec les éléments de base, nous avons été bien guidé par Daniel pour l'arrivée car nous, nous sommes "un peu perdu"! Merci encore de votre accueil et les explications! Nous cherchions un appart avec une terrasse en face de la mer pour apprécier la mer et les couche de soleil, mais malheureusement impossible de rester un seul minute sur la terrasse car au pied de l'immeuble se trouve l'autoroute du sud et le bruit est assourdissant!! La climatisation de la petite chambre ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait ouvrir la porte fenêtre mais cela rendait impossible d'y rester car le bruit était insupportable! Enfin, nous avons bien profitait de la piscine qui était impecable! Merci encore!

Definitely NOT "luxury"
We (a retired couple from GB) rented this apartment for 5½ weeks from early January 2017. Communication with the owner, Juan, was easy, but there are inaccuracies in the flat’s description. The stated size of 150m2 presumably includes the roof terrace as the flat itself can only be about half that size. Though 6 people could sleep here, they would find it rather crowded. The location was not “oceanfront”, but a 5-minute walk from the beach. Between the apartment complex and the beach runs the busy N-340 dual carriageway with a half-hourly bus service. There were enough shops nearby to cater for our daily needs. The apartment itself can only be described as basic; “luxury” would imply superior quality and finish, but we found cheap furniture, 2 dirty sofas (one worn out) and poor hygiene. There was only one working air-con/heater and a dusty electric fire. NB: In January tiled floors can feel very cold, even in Spain. When contacted, Juan arranged for 2 additional heaters and a vacuum cleaner. His response to problems was generally good, but his talk of planned improvements in the future did nothing to make our stay more comfortable. The brightest and warmest place in the flat was the large conservatory (whereas the lounge felt dark on dull days). It doubles up as dining room/utility, housing a washing machine and dishwasher, both in good working order. On rainy days there was a slow drip from the ceiling, fortunately confined to one end of the room. Unfortunately, noise from the road below was quite troublesome here. The kitchen is small with only one work surface. The worktop edging has been left open in the corners/at the ends, so crumbs and dust collect there. There were damp, dirty cleaning cloths in some cupboards. The sink had no plug and no washing-up bowl. The shower room was grubby, cold and damp; there was mould along the edges of the shower pan. I found long black hairs in the drawer that contained the hairdryer. There wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower in succession. The bedrooms are adequate in size, but there isn’t much space around the beds. The large double mattress was good, but the two single beds were quite hard. The roof terrace is accessed externally via two heavy locked doors. We found it uninviting and did not use it. Wi-fi was good, but the TV only offered Spanish channels. In summary, this apartment was of a rather basic standard and poorly maintained. We would not return.

Convenient apartment close to sea
We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment with our 9 months old baby in october. The apartment is well located, 2 min walk from the beach and a great wooden boardwalk. Luna Beach is a nice little beach with a great chiringuito. Nice food, friendly staff. The compound has a pool that is clean, there is an elevator (appreciated with a trolley) and a gated parking. The flat has a nice view partly on the sea. The only down side is the road that passes close by the apartment and creates some noise. Not a problem at night though, it was very calm. Close to supermarket. Juan was easy to communicate with as well

Vi har bodd i denne leiligheten i hele februar måned. Hatt et flott opphold. Og den nye sengen var bare helt vidunderlig. Været var ikke det aller beste så den store takterassen fikk vi ikke benyttet så mye. Vi kan anbefale denne leilighet på det varmeste.

Condo in great location on Costa del Sol
We rented this condo from a nice guy Juan who was helpful and very accommodating. The location is on the top floor (4th) of the complex giving a great view of the Mediterranean sea and beach. The location provided me the ability to walk along the boardwalk every day at the beach or walk to restaurants and shops. It is a great location for jumping into your car and going to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella.

Estupendo
Todas las fotos hacen justicia al apartamento. Buen tamaño, espacios amplios y unas terrazas espectaculares. A 5 minutos andando de la playa de la luna y su chiringuito Luna Beach, desde ahí se puede acceder a la senda litoral. A 7 minutos en coche del puerto de Cabopino y sus restaurantes. Situación ideal como punto base de turismo. Nosotros visitamos la provincia desde Ronda a Antequera. Hay un lidl, un supersol, tiendas y cafetería a pocos metros. La atención de Juan ha sido estupenda y no ha habido ningún problema. Altamente recomendable.

Ideal beach holiday flat
Lovely modern flat,well equipped with 2 balconies,including enormous top floor area with great views and facilities for BBQ's. Well located with shops and beach within a few minutes walk. Well kept grounds and communal swimming pool with plenty of shade and trees. Easy access to Marbella and Puerto Banus,Cabo Pino is a 20 min walk along the beach.A great place for family holidays,we are booking next year already!

Heel fijn appartement op een uitstekende locatie!
Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken beleefd in dit fijne appartement, dat de eigenaar steeds blijft verbeteren. Het is meer dan groot genoeg als vakantieverblijf voor een gezin van 4 personen. Verwacht geen overdreven luxe, maar zaken als wasmachine en vaatwasser zijn aanwezig! Gewoon een prima accommodatie. Een aangename verrassing was het zeer ruime dakterras, vanwaar het uitzicht over de omgeving en de zee werkelijk prachtig is. Je kunt hier heerlijk van de lange, zwoele Spaanse avonden genieten. Vermeldenswaardig is verder de goed onderhouden, ruim opgezette, gezamenlijke tuin met mooi zwembad. Bedenk wel dat de andere bewoners vrijwel uitsluitend Spanjaarden zijn, maar dat heeft juist z'n charme vonden wij. Daarnaast is de locatie echt geweldig. Slechts een minuut of 5 lopen naar het strand en de winkels, waaronder 2 supermarkten. 's Morgens even vers brood en een krantje halen is dus snel gedaan. Verder meer dan voldoende prima eetgelegenheden in de buurt, bijv. op het strand bij La Luna (lekker verse vis van de barbecue, aan tafel gefileerd), in het naastgelegen Sitio de Calahonda (recent geopend Italiaans specialiteitenrestaurant Vito's, een aanrader), en Puerto Cabopino (meerdere goede restaurants). Alles binnen max. 25 minuten rustig wandelen. Waar vind je dat? Het contact met eigenaar Juan was vanaf het begin zeer soepel en vriendelijk en wij hadden het geluk om het appartement van hem over te nemen, direct na zijn eigen vakantie. De persoonlijke kennismaking was bijzonder hartelijk. Bedankt Juan! Kortom, voor wie een prima vakantiewoning zoekt in een heerlijke, relaxte omgeving, is dit een aanrader. sejour agréable

Highly recommended
A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment in an ideal location, We love this apartment so much we book it again as soon as we get home,it is excellent for families, everything you need is only three minutes walking(beach,supermarket, banks) and perfect for walking along the beach in direction Cabopino harbour(only ten minutes walking on the beach) and it nice and quiet in the evenings,so it is very relaxing once the little ones are in bed. . And just 10 minutes from our favourite restaurants in Marbella and Puerto Banus. The central site near the motorway ,shops and bus-stop was also a great advantage when we wanted to go out.The beach is excellent,and the pool is fantastic. The appartment is near the beach, which is great. If you don't want to go to the beach, just stay on the two 'huge' terraces with super views. Ideal for family and if you want to enjoy the sun (in Febrary about 20 degrees). We will be back
