It has an intimate terrace where you can spend the best days without end. It is located in the heart of the old town of Cádiz, between the beautiful Plaza España y Plaza Candelaria.
Accommodation of 100m2 on third floor with no elevator and stairs inside to access the top of the housing (which is independent). It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds very comfortable respectively.
It has capacity for up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. It also has a kitchenette equipped with the most efficient appliances, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the clothes on the sofa bed when you arrive. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes, a cot and cot linen (if you notify us in advance) and a vacuum cleaner.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
📲 This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.
