The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar along with a dining table to seat four guests. On this floor you will also find a utility room with dryer and washing machine, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are two good size bedrooms that have superking zip and link beds, which can be made into twin beds at your request. The bathroom has a bath and separate cubicle shower. Outside you have private use of a courtyard with BBQ and furniture and use of the further garden space shared with the owner.
