Hi there and thanks for checking our property profile. My name is Petra, I’m Irish and I've been living in Kalkan for the last 5 years. People who’ve met me say I’m very personable and helpful so hopefully I’ll get the chance to help out in some way if you’re interested in staying with us.
What makes this property unique
Our villa is perfect for big families or groups of friends. It splays over 4 floors in total. The indoor furniture is designed by me and crafted by a local carpenter. The interior is minimalistic and simple, yet comfortable.
Our property is very close to the sea, which is my favourite place to swim in Kalkan. It’s close to supermarkets and restaurants as well. It’s got a huge terrace-patio to enjoy the splendiferous sunshine.
