This charming, semi-detached cottage rests in Llanfair Clydogau near Llanddewi-Brefi, Ceredigion and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Note: This property can not accept children including Infants.
Ty Twt is a romantic, semi-detached cottage resting in Llanfair Clydogau near Llanddewi-Brefi, Ceredigion. Hosting one double bedroom with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the is off-road parking for one car, and an enclosed, rear garden with furniture. Ty Twt is an ideal, peaceful location to explore the historic sites of Wales. Note: There are currently no facilities for charging electric vehicles at this property and is not permitted to charge from the property itself - If you require this facility you would need to locate a local service for this. BBQs are not permitted at this property. Please Note:Contractor bookings only accepted if prior approval has been given by the owners. Please ask Sykes to contact owners ahead of placing any contractor bookings. Note: The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm; therefore, they may not be suitable for larger or less mobile persons.

All dogs must be insured and have regular flea treatment. We do not accept aggressive or destructive dogs, or dogs that have ‘issues’ with other dogs or people. Large (3 acre) enclosed field with short-mown grass for exercising dogs. Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Fuel, power, central heating and 1 night's wood for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and board games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car, accessed via private tree-lined driveway.
