Charming Avenida América is a great apartment completely renovated. It is located in a very quiet urbanization, next to the Avenida América bus station, with great connections to other parts of the city.
It has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable, equipped with a king size bed, large closets. It has a comfortable private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils ...
The living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite movie or series thanks to its smart tv.
The apartment is very quiet, being inside you do not hear any traffic noise.
Among the accommodation amenities we also find: free Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, washing machine for clothes and free toiletries.

The apartment is located in a quiet area full of terraces to enjoy a drink or meal. It is right next to the Avenida América interchange. In the area we also find numerous hospitals and business centers. Also right next to the apartment you can take the bus with direct connection to Madrid airport.
