Lovely time in Rome

My Dad and I had the best time at this apartment. It is lovely and Francesco has really thought about what guests might need. It is in a fantastic location with everything just a short walk or metro ride away. The ladies at the Mozart cafe are so lovely and taught me how to order things in Italian. They made every morning start well. Thank you so much Francesco for making the start of our holiday so special.

Franceso was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage at the unit upon arrival. The area was close to restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is quite old and has black mold around the windows and the washing machine smells old and moldy as well. It was also quite noisy during the late night hours with people yelling and talking loudly (1am-5am).The unit is itself is hadsour

Great apartment & helpful host

This apartment was perfect for our quick stay in Rome. We were able to walk to the Vatican , it is so close. The apartment is bigger and more spacious than we expected which was great! Host was responsive and helpful. Very clean and accommodating with dropping luggage off early

Excellent Location

We were met at the front door by the owner who showed us around the unit. It was well supplied with the basics, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is listed as a three bedroom unit but it’s really only two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living/dinning room. We only needed two rooms so it wasn’t a problem for us. The location couldn’t be better. It is only a short block away from the Metro and easy walking distance to the Vatican Museum or St Peter’s. I would highly recommend this rental and will stay there again when I go back to Rome.

Toller Aufenthaltsort in Rom

Bereits zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Francesco ist ein sehr guter Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt super und ist perfekt eingerichtet. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés in direkter Umgebung. Eine Metrostation quasi um die Ecke.

Wonderful place and location

The place was well situated for our trip to Rome. We were easily able to get wherever we wanted to go on foot. The host was friendly and responsive upon arrival and even let us put our bags in the apartment while we waited for it to be cleaned. There were many shops and restaurants nearby yet the street was relatively quiet. The only issue we had was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom and it is actually 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the kitchen/living area when you first walk in. Also, the bed pillows were really flat and probably need to be replaced. It was great having two bathrooms and the washer. That definitely came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Host

We were met at the door by Francesco who walked us through the apartment, informed us of the location, where to shop for groceries, restaurants, entertainment the whole routine of the Vatican etc. He has and continues to assist us after our departure. Warm and welcoming and was there for us every step of the way. Francesco…you get the big piece of chicken. This apartment is in a great location away from the crowds of center Rome convenient to metro, cabs, shopping, restaurants, it has it all.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Rom. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, das Viertel mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants schön. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Sofa lässt sich in ein richtiges Bett verwandeln.

Great location

Francesco was a great host and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy, and was in a fantastic location with a metro station only 5 minutes walk away. The cafe across the road which Francesco gave us breakfast vouchers for was lovely, and we'd also highly recommend the pizza/pasta shop across the road - lovely local food at great prices. It was nice to be in an area where there were a lot of locals, but still have easy access to get around, and such a quick walk to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. The apartment was lovely and clean, but my only note is that the ensuite bathroom did smell a bit musty. I'd still highly recommend staying here.

Okay

Good location and close to lots of bus stops and the Vatican, however there was no extra toilet paper and the rolls weren’t full when we checked in, so we nearly ran out between the two bathrooms. Also, there was some mold in the bathroom which left it a bit musty. Overall a decent place and the owner is very kind.

Schöne sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Die Ferienwohnung war trotz einer Baustelle am Ende der Straßen gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und wir konnten unser Gepäck gut davor ausladen. Später bekamen wir sogar noch direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz, was eventuell auch an der Urlaubszeit gelegen ist. Der Check-in mit dem symptomatischen Vermieter verlief schnell, einfach und problemlos. Er wohnt im selben Haus und ist theoretisch somit auch immer gut zu erreichen. Für 5 Personen ist das Apartment passend, auch wenn eine Person im Wohnbereich schlafen muss. Wir waren sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs und auswärts in den nahe gelegenen Restaurants essen. Die beiden Badezimmer waren für uns als 5köpfige Familie ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Die restliche Ausstattung war für und sehr gut und wir waren dankbar über die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Die Richtung Vatikan ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir waren sehr glücklich darüber, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben.

Great apartment

My family of five, including two teenagers and a younger child, stayed here in August 2024. This is a lovely, clean, modern apartment in a great neighborhood. The owner, Francesco, gave us clear instructions and was communicative before our arrival. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. It was exactly as advertised. It comfortably sleeps 6, with two full bathrooms, and was well air conditioned. It also has a washing machine. The neighborhood is great, with many cafes and restaurants, and felt very safe. Before we stayed at Francesco’s place we spent four nights in Rome in the more touristy areas. Although those apartments were closer to tourist attractions, they were far, far less nice, and more expensive. And the restaurants in those neighborhoods felt like tourist traps. We much preferred the less touristy neighborhood, even if it was a bit farther away from the things most tourists want to see. This is a great apartment with a great owner and we would strongly consider staying here again when we return to Rome.

Super Stop in Rom

Francesco war ein super Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Check in organisierte er durch eine weitere nette Person. Die Wohnung war groß genug. An der Sauberkeit hätte man noch nachbessern können. Geschirr war etwas verschmutzt, Fenster waren etwas schimmelig. Es gab nur eine Kochplatte. Sonst war die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet und in absolut guter lage. Fußläufig konnte man nahezu alles erreichen.

Tolle Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom

Nicht weit vom Petersplatz befindet sich die Ferienwohnung und ist damit ein idealer Ort, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung fanden wir wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt vor und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank!

Excellent host, nice location and very comfortable apartment.

We had a great stay. It was great that the unit came with a washer and kitchen. The two bathrooms and air conditioner in every room, made the stay very comfortable. A surprise bonus from the host was free breakfast at Mozart Cafe every morning, which is just on the other side of the lane.
