On the ground floor of the owners' house, 60m2 apartment, completely independent, which can accommodate 6 people.
Composed of a living room, open living room / kitchen of 27m2. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, vitro hob and various small appliances) and has plenty of storage. The lounge area includes a sofa bed that can be used as sleeping.
2 bedrooms: a first with a double bed in 160 and a wardrobe and a second bedroom with two twin beds of 90cm and a wardrobe,
a bathroom with walk-in shower and wc, a laundry room with washing machine.
Private garage.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Animals are not allowed.
Baby equipment provided on request.
