Located at the Boulevard of Mar Menor Golf, with 11 bars and restaurants on-site catering to a wide variety of cuisines. The holiday resort of Los Alcázares and city of Cartagena are both close by and easily reached by car or public transport.

There are several facilities on-site at Mar Menor Golf which you and your family can enjoy, including Golf, Mini-Golf, Swimming Pools (seasonal) and Padél and Tennis courts, all within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment sleeps six in three spacious bedrooms, 1x King sized bed (en-suite), and 2x double rooms each with 2x single beds. The apartment is VERY spacious, with a total area of 172m2 (1,852 sq ft) including the balconies.

Ample storage is provided with built in wardrobes and large chest of drawers in each room.

There are 2x bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (we'll provide some pods for you!).

There is a large, comfortable well appointed living space with a couch you can relax in while using the 55" 4k Android TV and a dining area for 6 people, overlooking the golf courses and view.

The ample balconies include another dining area for 6 and a corner space overlooking the golf course and out towards the beaches of the Mar Menor, which are 5km away directly down the RM-F30 carretera.
