The Space:
Located in a prime position, this bright, spacious and modern property is close to the sea and a stones throw away from the most popular beach in Nerja. A spacious entrance hallway, with a WC with small shower, open plan living room and dining room, with separate spacious kitchen that leads on to the terrace from the kitchen and living area. The terrace overlooks the private pool below.
On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom with doors to a private terrace, overlooking the pool. Two twin bedrooms can also be found on this level, with all bedrooms having access to a modern refurbished bathroom with walk in shower. The private roof terrace comprises of both sea and mountain views.

The owner does not live on the premises so the property is entirely for the guests use.
The Neighborhood:
Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”. Unlike some other towns on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has preserved its charm and character, but still has all the modern amenities holiday makers are looking for including a great choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Nerja boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Arguably the most popular is the long, sandy Burriana Beach which offers an array of water sports including sea kayaking, scuba diving and paddle boarding.
There is so much more to do in Nerja besides relaxing on the beach including:
- The Nerja Caves – one of the top tourist attractions in Spain
- Balcon de Europa – the focal point of Nerja for residents and tourists alike
- Frigiliana – traditional white-washed village just 10 minutes drive from Nerja
Getting Around:
The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.
BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.
TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.
