Its location is magnificent and it is very close to the most charming beach in Benicasim.
The villa consists of 2 fully equipped and independent floors. ideal for 2 families traveling together.(5 Rooms (3 double beds and 6 singles), 12 people.)
The house also has areas such as the garage for 2 vehicles and the garden with the basketball hoop, barbecue and private pool.
The area is very quiet, without passage of vehicles (except residents) and well connected (by car 10 minutes from the town - Benicasim- and 2 minutes from the beach -800 meters).Moreover, you will have a supermarket 5 minutes away by car and several nearby campsites with a shop and cafeteria that can be accessed on foot in 2 or 3 minutes.Quick access by car to N-340 and Gran Avenida.

*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
