Beautiful House with awesome sea view

The House was very lovely and the sea view was amazing. We had an amazing Time in lerici.

Überteuertes Appartement

Die gezeigten Bilder geben nicht wieder was einen da erwartet. Der Garten ist von 2 Mauern von der Einliegerwohnung - la Luna, Erdgeschoss - getrennt, es gibt keinen Blick ins Freie. Das ist schon echt Fake wie das fotografiert wurde. Vergitterte Fenster, im Schlafzimmer braucht man eine Leiter um das Fenster zu schließen. Die eigentliche Eingangstür ist defekt und nicht schließbar = abends Moskitos, der Wasserhahn in der Küche leckte, Spülmaschine war auch leck. Daraus folgend haben wir 4 Tage im Badezimmer das Geschirr gespült bis der Wasserhahn repariert wurde. Es war offensichtlich nicht geputzt bei unserer Ankunft, alles ziemlich unsauber, Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken. Wenn oben in der anderen Wohnung- il Sole - jemand geht oder eben Urlaub macht ist das super laut. Wir sind auch 2 Tage früher abgereist. Das Einzige: Ruhige Lage oben am Berg, 12 min zu Fuß nach Lerici. Allerdings befindet sich nebenan eine Baustelle, da wurde auch gehämmert, gesägt und betoniert. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub im Mai 2022

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit besonderem Flair.Wir durften den neben dem Haus liegenden Garten benutzen , von hier aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer und die schöne Landschaft. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht , sogar der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien befüllt.Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet.Maria , die das Objekt betreut ist sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sie kam uns mit der Eincheckzeit und dem Auschecken sehr entgegen . Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.
