Extremely bright apartment, an ideal fit for travellers looking for a quiet location, close to both airports and just 30 minutes away from the City centre. It can host up to 7 guests and is fully equipped. You will have access to a private patio, a beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool and enclosed parking, with 1 space reserved per apartment.

This stunning apartment was refurbished in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed for a short or long stay, including dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob and a microwave; the dining and living area benefits from lots of light coming from the big windows. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. There are 2 separate bedrooms; room one, on the ground level, has a king-size bed and room two on the upper floor has 3 single beds. There is also a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed for the 6th and 7th guests. You will have exclusive access to a private garden, fitted with table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds, and a barbecue. The apartment has a beautiful fireplace that really comes in handy during winter nights. You will be sharing the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a smart TV, air-conditioning and WiFi. By booking this apartment, guests will benefit from 1 covered parking space.

- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.

- Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool and communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.

- You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.

- Please note that, in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.
