Little Gem is a lovely, detached barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Marchington, Staffordshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The barn conversion is all-ground-floor with two bedrooms, including a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the property is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Central heating is electric with woodburning stove and underfloor heating throughout and amenities include an electric oven, induction hob, fridge and dishwasher. For entertainment, there are two Smart TVs, and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a rear patio with furniture and hot tub, and a front gravelled area with furniture. There is also an electric car charging point available to use on the driveway. Pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles, whilst the pub 1.2 miles.
