Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, wurde sehr sauber übergeben und bietet sehr viel Platz; auch für Gepäck und Kleidung. Die Nachbarn sind überwiegend Langzeit-Benutzer aus Europa (GB und Niederland). Parkplätze sind auf der Straße verfügbar. Laut Aushang ist das Parken auf dem Innenhof verboten - trotzdem parken die Langzeitnutzer im Hof. Die Heizung sprang am ersten Tag nicht gleich an (die Wärme braucht ein paar Minuten vom Aussengerät zum Innengerät - was uns erst später bewusst wurde), sodass wir die Notrufnummer des Besitzers über SMS anmailten. Es wurde sofort vom Servicepersonal erledigt. Die Straße, an dem der Gebäudekomplex liegt, ist viel befahren. Im Innenhof mit Grill ist es dadurch manchmal sehr laut. Im Haus selbst ist es ruhig - auch zur Nacht. Man hört vom Verkehr fast nichts. Wohnraum, Essraum und alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert (heizen und kühlen). Nicht die zwei Badezimmer. Negativ: Der Hof ist durch eine Eingangstür zur Straße, die von außen nicht bedienbar ist, getrennt. Jedoch wird in der Beschreibung zur Schlüsselübergabe nicht erwähnt, dass man durch das Türgitter durchgreifen muss, um die Innenklinke zum Öffnen zu bedienen. Ausserdem wurde auf keine einzige Email zum early-checkin und late-checkout geantwortet.
