Blue View is an apartment at the main touristic district of Funchal near the ocean and is ideal for two people.
The building complex has a shared outdoor parking area, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.
The apartment is a 38 m2 studio and comprises a double bed, sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, and a balcony with sea view.
The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, washer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes’ walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 150 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 600 meters from Ponta Gorda swimming facility and 1100 meters from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 150 meters from the building entrance.
REMARKS
Free parking on premises is subject to availability. If parking on premises is not available, it is possible authorized street parking nearby.
The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open.
The pool is not heated but is open all year round and can be used weather permitting, unless there is some temporary maintenance work taking place.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
