Welcome to our Modern House!The modern house is an apartment you want to choose for your short or long stay in Rethymno. Situated in the borders of Rethymno town in a quiet neighborhood, close to a variety of supermarkets just 3 minutes driving from the center of Rethymno and 5 min from the beach. Its decoration will definitely capture your eye, fully furnished and equipped.
On the ground floor of a complex of 5 houses inhabited by 4 families. It is equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that becomes a single bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV with access to the Greek channels, and courtyard.
The kitchen is well organized with new electric devices, fridge, electric oven with ceramic hob, extractor, toaster, kettle.
The bathroom has a shower, bathroom sink, and toilet and has a washing machine.
