We offer this large spacious 3 bedroom villa with private heated pool and fibre optic wifi.

Enter the villa from the quiet residential road via approx 12 steps. The villa comprises of huge kitchen which includes dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board plus all the cooking utensils you would expect from this fabulous property. In the centre of the kitchen is a granite table and chairs that sits 6 persons. Off the kitchen is a walk in larder cupboard. From the kitchen leads to the large lounge and diner which has two sets of patio doors that lead onto the pool terrace. This area has a leather 3 seater sofa and 2 matching chairs, the TV offers basic UK channels. The dining area has a table and chairs for 4 guests. Off the lounge is a huge Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 ceiling fans, a lounge area with two leather sofas. This area also has patio doors leading to the pool terrace. This bedroom has its own En Suite with shower. You enter the upper level via a grand staircase from the lounge. Here you find the other two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, ceiling fan, huge walk in wardrobes and patio doors that lead to the large terrace with part sea views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the large terrace which is shared with Bedroom 2. This bedroom has en suite with corner bath and separate shower. Also on this level is the bathroom with corner bath with shower attachment.

The outside of the villa provides spectacular views over La Gomera and Atlantic Ocean. The private heated pool has roman steps and measures approx 10 x 4 metre and has depths of between 1.3 and 1.8 metres. There is also a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and parasols by the pool area. The exterior offers an outside shower, BBQ area with tables and chairs, plus a pergola type area for outside dining with furniture. There is parking for cars outside the villa.

This accommodation is of an average standard and is not regarded as high level or luxury, but considering its distance to the coast, holds a private heated pool and number of bedrooms, the accommodation is good value for money.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
