Lovely, Compact 2 bed Apartment with Parking
The apartment is lovely, clean and well decorated with lots of natural lighting. It is situated in Aveley in South Ockendon, Thurrock.
The location of the apartment enables easy access to the A406, A13 and M25 motorways and close to the QE2 dartford bridge.
Lakeside shopping centre and the Retail park are about 5 miles from the property. Bluewater shopping centre is also located about 8.5 miles away from the property.
There are also a variety of supermarkets within walking distance
The apartment is made up of two bedrooms and is located on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 with 2x large single beds, the bathroom is located along the corridor leading to the living area and the kitchen, with a dining area which conveniently sits 4.
The living area has a large 4K Smart TV for your viewing pleasure with Netflix app. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV as well. Ultra Fast WiFi in entire property.
All areas have been meticulously dressed to ensure you have a pleasant stay and we really hope you love the interior design with a well stocked kitchen and complimentary tea and coffee provided for your stay.
The kitchen is well equipped with home comforts such as a fridge freezer, washer dryer, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker etc

For guests using public transport, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment, South Ockendon station is the nearest station.
There is an allocated parking space with space for visitors to park as well at the rear of the property
