Spacious Holiday Home in L'Escala with Private Pool

This spacious vacation home is located on the coast in the Spanish municipality of l'Escala. The house has 4 bedrooms and is perfect for a large family. The house has a fenced private garden and a private swimming pool.

L'Escala is an authentic fishing village with fantastic beaches and coves, where you can take a nice walk through the typical streets that descend to the sea. In addition, a walk along the promenade is recommended. In the vicinity there are numerous activities to undertake. At about 5 km is Sant Marti d'Empúries, a small medieval town with Greco-Roman ruins. Also, there are beautiful beaches surrounded by pine trees.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The house has 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and a spacious terrace. In the kitchen you will find, among other things, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. A high chair and a crib are available.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 200 / 300 may apply.
To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 25 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
