It is only 150 m from the sandy beach of Carcans and about 200 m from the centre of Carcans-Plage. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with all possible conveniences. It features a living room with TV and a kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms (located in the attic) with each two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
