There is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. Heating is electric and the kitchen contains a range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. For entertainment, there are a total of four TVs with Sky TV, Disney and Netflix, as well as WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. A family-friendly cottage, there is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Parking includes off-road parking for one car, on-street parking and a nearby public car park. Outside guests can enjoy an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted in this property.
