The cottage is over three floors with four bedrooms: a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV ,a double with TV and a bunkbed with TV. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. Heating is electric and the kitchen contains a range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. For entertainment, there are a total of four TVs with Sky TV, Disney and Netflix, as well as WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. A family-friendly cottage, there is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Parking includes off-road parking for one car, on-street parking and a nearby public car park. Outside guests can enjoy an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted in this property. The shop and pub are just 0.1 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.9 miles away. 21 Cross Street sits in the picturesque Linton with easy access to the wonderful sights and sandy beaches of Devon.
