We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, the place was clean and tidy and the nicest place we stayed during our trip to Italy. Having access to a washing machine while traveling and being close to Florence train station was great. Communication with the host was also very good.
This apartment was a great location right by all the other hotels in the middle of Florence. The host was also great at responding. The only bad thing about this apartment is the hike up all the stairs, so just prepare yourself.
Climatisation bien venue par ces chaleurs intenses. Proche de la gare et du centre historique. Accueil jovial. Check-in et check-out rapide et facile.

Nice enough, low support
The apartment is nice enough, in an ok neighborhood, but our experience with the property owners was pretty scattered. This is property is owned by a corporation and we dealt with four different people who didn't seem to communicate. Just after the check in, we discovered that there was no toilet paper. We wrote the lady who did the check in and never heard back. We wrote the evening support number and were told, "sorry, we don't have any right now." We had to buy our own. The next day, we discovered that there was no wine opener which is a pretty big oversight in Italy. Again, there was no response and we had to buy our own. No personal touches here. It felt like the apartment designer hadn't ever lived there.
The apartment itself was lovely, had good wifi, was comfortable for a family and is pretty close to main attractions.
The place is as described and nice. Beds were comfortable and AC worked GREAT. You have to walk-up many concrete stairs which was not an issue for my family and it helped to work off all the good food we ate. The location is perfect! There are not a lot of extras and the place was strictly used by my family to sleep which worked out perfect. communication, check-in/out was great!

Apartment nice but sketchy neighborhood
Apartment was fine. Two bedrooms, one with a large bed, one with twin bunks. Sofa pulls out into a bed. Didn’t really use kitchen.
Check in could have gone better. I texted them early that morning that we would be arriving by train at 10:15 and we would walk to apartment (10min max). We found apartment and then I saw a text from 10:10 that someone would be there at 11:00. OK…..so we waited in the alley/street. 11:20 someone finally showed up, unapologetic and not even very friendly. She didn’t really know how the heater worked for sure and the Wi-Fi password was “somewhere”.
We noticed significant locks on the front door (that should have been a clue) and later in the day we went back to the apartment and my son was saying there was a riot outside. We didn’t pay much attention but sure enough, a few minutes later, a full on police chase with about a dozen people went down the alley. Lucky it didn’t happen when we were standing there for almost an hour.
After dinner, walking back, there was suspicious people and open drug use going on in the alley. We triple checked the doors that night. At midnight, a fight in the alley and then cheering when there was a winner. Yelling in the night, bras in the street the next morning. My husband was up in the middle of the night reading about how this neighborhood was not the best.I wish we had known. We were glad we only stayed one night.
The apartment itself was fine, just the check in and the area around was not good.

Florence holiday
The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to all the sites. However, it was not the condo I chose. Due to circumstances we were given this one. A kettle and toaster would have been useful.
Great location a couple of blocks from the train station!
It was very easy to walk our suitcases over to this property, and then to walk from there to anywhere in downtown Florence. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were nicely appointed, and everything was clean and usable. Air Conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable in the Tuscany humidity
We did miss having an elevator in the property when we first arrived--schlepping our suitcases up pretty steep stairs to the top floor in the summer humidity was sweaty work. Doing the stairs without suitcases after we checked in was much easier though.
The location was okay, close to train station made it easy for travel. The checkin process could have been better. No instruction on how to use the air-conditioning or door. The air conditioning could have been turned on for us during arrival. Could not operate air conditioning so first night was very uncomfortable. I will say the owner took care of it immediately . This made the second day much better. Thanks for the stay.
