Town: This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique. For a dose of famous history, head to the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon just 12 short miles away, it offers some charming little buildings, bookshops, theatres and museums.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Pet friendly but without a garden
Location was wonderful, but sadly the cleanliness of the property was very poor, we had to wash all the kitchen utensils before we could cook. The hoover didn't work and the mop was disgusting and had no bucket, (one would have thought a necessity for a dog friendly property.) The property also had no garden, whilst not specifically mentioned on the details one would assume that a pet friendly property, in the middle of the countryside, would have some sort of amenity space for the pets.
