Freshly renovated and redecorated 2 bedroom apartment in urbanisation Puerto Golf. Ideally located near supermarkets, restaurants, bars, several golf courses, and just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) from the world famous Puerto Banús. Rental of the property includes access to the communal swimming pool, 1 garage parking space, bed linen and towels, A/C (hot and cold), and fast and unlimited WIFI.
Through the front door, guests will find themselves with the open plan kitchen in front of them. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury holiday rental property (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc). The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 4 stools, and just behind it is a dining area for 4. Just to the left of the kitchen is a fully functioning log burner, a great addition for guests planning on staying during the winter season.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a flat screen TV. From the living room guests can access the apartment’s exterior terrace, complete with alfresco dining area (seating for 6).
The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, and has an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom is equally large, has a similar double bed, and has access to the guest bathroom that has a rainfall shower.

not that great

The appartment was really nice and in a nice quiet area. On arrival the second set of keys were missing which for us was as desaster as it was my daughers wedding and we were all in and out all the time. In fairness the host company did get us a second set early the next day. The appartment was not cleaned properly the showers were grubby. most of the crockery was chipped and there was no knives and only couple of forkes. We had to buy plastic cutlery to keep us going, I think that it would be a great rental property if the kitchen was updated with new cups plates etc. Bit disappointing considering it just seems that nobody checked the property before we arrived, I would still recommend this appartment if it is completely checked over and cleaned properly before the next person arrives.
