Apple Barn is a spacious cottage near North Molton, West Country, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, two fridges, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting area with woodburning stove and TV with Freeview and DVD player and a dining area with seating for 10. The bedrooms consist of three king-size doubles with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue, 6-person hot tub and shared access to a games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and a TV with PS2. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Apple Barn is a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Please note this property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes and a single track in some places. Please note, the property is over three floors, with 8 steps from the ground floor to the first floor level and then a further 8 steps to the second floor level.

This charming community, which is conveniently located near both coastal and inland beauty sites, is guaranteed to appeal to guests of all tastes. Forests, moors, rivers, and beaches are all nearby, as are churches and other historical structures, and the Exmoor National Park's border is only a mile or two away. The South West Coast Path provides excellent walking opportunities, and the North Devon shoreline is varied and interesting. Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks, and the funicular cliff train are all National Trust properties. Exmoor has a variety of treks for all levels, as well as beautiful locations to explore such as Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge, and the delightful tiny settlement of Withypool. Further afield, the towns of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are well worth a visit, and a day trip to Woolacombe and Saunton is not to be missed for some of the best beaches in the country.
