Apartment 4 is a two bed apartment just completed June 2018.
At 46m on the fourth floor it is compact and suited for up to 4 people and with our new lift installed there is no need to worry about the stairs.
This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Portrush with its
48 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs in living area and also has 32 inch TVs in each bedroom so the kids will never run out of entertainment!
A selection of books and tourist information is in the apartment to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Lansdowne Crescent is central and right next to the best restaurants in Portrush, Amusements, Waterworld, town center, 2 different beaches and a short drive to the many Golf courses and attractions of the beautiful north coast.

We all enjoy the accommodation. It Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion we would put forward would be to get more comfortable seating in the lounge Area. The settees were not very comfortable if you were staying for a long period of time.

Place is a great place to stay if your looking just somewhere to stay for a day. The property manager more than lovely. Seats would need updated as very uncomfortable. But if your looking a quite private area to stay its great

7 Heaven holiday home

It was spotless all mods and cons. Close to town and beaches loved it didn't want to leave. My friends enjoyed every minute. We will be back would recommend it to my family and friends.

Relaxing break

really had a good family break, the weather was super and spent most time on the beach but this was all made easier by our accommodation. Everything was super, clean house, TV, Internet ( a big bonus especially with a 13 year old daughter), comfy beds and great shower.highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Fantastic location

As a family we enjoyed a short break in portrush and stayed in this fantastic house. Excellent facilities and such a central location, easy walking distance to everywhere in Portrush.

Portrush Staycation!

The house was lovely. Really modern inside. The street itself not particularly glamorous but in terms of location it was perfect. 100 yards from a lot of the good bars and restaurants and the harbour. Only suggestion would be that the living room needs a bit of TLC. . Sofa’s definitely need an upgrade as they really aren’t comfortable and don’t do the rest of the house, which is so modern and well finished, justice. Overall it was a great stay and a great, very reasonably priced, house. Thank you!

Location was ideal close to the town centre but tucked away so you had no noise at night time

Very clean, convenient property

We had a great short stay here... good value for money, very clean, well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer etc) handy to town and beaches, we found it fine parking nearby. Would definitely book it again, thanks :)

Great home away from home

We're a family of four and have just returned from a brilliant holiday in Portrush. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for the last ten days. The location is excellent, absolutely everything is within walking distance. The house is spacious and has all the mod cons, and it's so clean. We will definitely return
