Boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms this wonderful lodge can be found on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and benefits from on-site fishing.. 4 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with sitting-out area, picnic table and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . These two superb lodges The View (UK36812) and Lake View (UK36811) can be found set around three beautiful lakes on Pendle View Holiday Park in the heart of the Ribble Valley and located at the foot of Pendle Hill. Brand new in 2022, they’re both tastefully furnished with the living space open plan and sociable by design, and complete with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Each lodge has a Bosch coffee machine which uses Tassimo coffee pods (initial supply included), a picnic table in the rear decking area, a rattan sofa set in the front decking area and a storage box at the back of the lodge that will fit 2-3 bikes.
Boasting spectacular views of Pendle Hill and the stunning surrounding Lancashire countryside, the site was previously a renowned fishery and quite wonderfully guests staying within the lodges have exclusive fishing rights, as well as access to the lakes for leisure purposes.
A popular and scenic area, Pendle Hill is within easy reach of the site as is the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which offers ample opportunity for remote walking and cycling away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A quiet location set back off the A59, an easy 30-minute journey will take you to the city of Preston in one direction and historic Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the other.
Local amenities that are literally over the road from the park include numerous eateries, a petrol station and a Co-op supermarket for necessary provisions. Just 1 mile away are the villages of Barrow and Whalley. Whalley has the stunning abbey numerous shops, pubs, eateries and The Whalley Wine Shop (that won the Decanter Award for the ‘Best Local Wine Shop 2021’ in the country). The ancient market town of Clitheroe is just 2 miles away, here you’ll find a Castle and plethora of specialist shops including an enormous underground wine cellar! Clitheroe Golf Club is just half a mile from the park, and for a change of scenery why not visit the Lake District which is whithin a hours drive. The Fylde Coast which includes Blackpool and Lytham St Annes can be reached within 45 minutes. For the younger members there are lots of excellent local attractions to suit all ages such as The Wild Boar Park at Chipping, Paint Pot in Clitheroe and Outdoor Elements in Read.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 people.
