Welcome to our cozy one bedroom seaview apartment! Here you will find a spacious living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an equipped open kitchen, a full bathroom with shower with curtains and a comfy master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
It can host up to 5 guests.
The accommodation is equipped with A/C at an extra weekly cost, an outdoor parking space, TV and a splendid seaview terrace.
The building also features an elevator.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week.
