There is a small path next to the house that runs along this beautiful stretch of coastline and leads to other beaches, making it an ideal starting point for short or extended excursions.

From the terrace you enter the spacious living area, with more than enough space for everyone, including a modern wooden table and 8 high-backed beige armchairs to accompany it. Lighting has been installed throughout the house, both in the living room and in the kitchen, which is located in an adjacent space and is separated from the living room by a wooden framed glass door. The wooden kitchen, with the deliberate contrasts of stainless steel, is also furnished and equipped with quality materials. There is everything you need for your cooking needs, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hobs and much more.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via a staircase located within the open plan hall, are the 4 bedrooms, which are spread along this landing. All of them are equipped, two of them with 2 single beds and the other two with comfortable and modern double beds. Each has plenty of storage space in the large, modern wall cupboards, and two of the four bedrooms lead out onto the lush, sun-drenched balcony. Sleeping by an open window, you will enjoy the sound of the sea and wake up cheerfully in the morning to the soothing crashing of the sea waves.

The area is residential, so there is ample parking space right in front of the house, it is a very quiet and safe area. Approximately 1 km away is the village of Colonia de Sant Pere, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, a promenade, even bicycle rental companies. There is a promenade just behind the house where you can walk to the village. This promenade runs along the seafront, so it is highly recommended to explore it for short walks with spectacular views.
