1st floor: -Living room with 2 armchairs and a 42" screen, 2 dining rooms. 1 full bathroom (with shower). Integral kitchen with stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator and utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery). Bar. Internet 2 cars.

2nd floor: 1 bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, closet and air conditioning. Bedroom with bunk bed with 2 double mattresses and one single. Air fan. Another bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 double mattresses and one single, closet, air conditioning and full bathroom.

3rd floor: Bedroom with double sofa bed. Floor fan. Master bedroom with king size mattress, closet, air conditioning and full bathroom. Terrace with hammock, benches. Parking for 2 cars. Recreational area with 2 pools, palapa and grill. Security with 2 guardhouses. 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from 5th Avenue.

The subdivision connects with 2 important avenues: 28 de Julio and Petempich. Here you will find taxis or combis that can take you to the center, to the Bus Station or to the Airport. If you come with the family, you can rent a family van or a car with us and move faster and cheaper, since the taxi service is expensive (I recommend that, if you are going to take one, ask beforehand about the rate).
