From my travelling experience and many interviews with professional and amateur travellers I have built up some quality standards that I have tried to assimilate into my Suite. So my answer to "why this property" is simple , if we go deeper into my top 3 reasons. 1)Cleaning. Cleaning for me and most people meets the top criteria for choosing a place to stay. In this Suite we take cleaning extremely serious as we have proffesional cleaners , cleaning and sterilizing thoroughly each and every area.Before the sanitation me or an associate , will check the entrire apartment to make sure everything is super clean and ok. In addition , the sheets , the towels and the linens are being cleaned by a third party proffesional company. Also every three (3) days , a maid will change your sheets and towels , take out your trash and clean your bathroom as well (This feature is included in the price) .2)Sleep . Even if you want a very active vacation , eating and doing activities or partying outside , the chances are that you will sleep at your rented apartement. So the sleeping quality is very important to say the least. We have acquired premium bed matresses that are also on the sofa beds. We have 2 types of pillows so that you can choose the one you want . In Summer ,Rethymno can be very hot even at night time , so we have 2 high end air conditions , placed at each floor of the Suite. Last but not least if you are like me and can't fall asleep , unless a TV is on , we have 2 smart TVs (1 at each floor) with free Netflix and cable. 3)Location . Location can be the key factor whether you will enjoy your holidays or not. Pal Calma Suites are located in the center of the Old Town of Rethymno. You can reach the finests restaurants , bars , museums , monuments within a walking time of five minutes (5' ) and the most blisfull beaches at a walking time of twelve to fourteen minutes (12-14' ). Also if you have a car , there is a Municipality's parking place 90 meters away from the Suite.
