About this property

Apartment for 2 guests, two large and bright rooms, garden of 1,400 sqm by the lake and beautiful view. Located at second floor (no elevator), offers a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom. Small balcony with view over the lake and garden.

A park of 1,400 square meters is available to our guests and is used in common with the host's family, their large dog, and other guests in the house. The park has multiple sunny and shady areas, big trees, fruits, flowers and offers a long lakeside with direct access to the water by a short stone stair. Barbecue and garden furniture for 2 people are also provided. The access to the garden is at ground floor, on the rear of the property. The use of the garden is regulated by specific rules and is allowed only to apartment's guests..

NO private parking by the house. A free public parking is available 300 meters away from the house. During off-season public parking is available in the village main square, 50 meters away from the house.

Osteno is the right place to enjoy a relaxing holiday onsite and to visit famous touristic destinations at the Lake district in Lombardy. Lake Como with its historical villas and trendy locations Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzina, Cernobbio, Como is only 20 minutes by car.

Swiss border and the city of Lugano are 20 minutes away as well.

Vielen Dank an Alessandra für zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in ihrer wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung an einem ganz besonders schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Beschreibung und Fotos von Wohnung, Haus und Garten entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Helle lichtdurchflutete Räume mit viel Platz für 2 Personen laden ein zum Wohlfühlen. Der fantastische Ausblick vom Balkon und der wunderschöne Garten mit direktem Seezugang sind ein Traum. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war praktisch mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Als eine aufmerksame und liebevolle Geste empfanden wir das Begrüssungskörbchen mit Kaffee, Milch, Saft, Tee, Marmelade, Keksen. Ganz lieben Dank an Gabriella, die uns so herzlich empfangen hat. Von ihr erhielten wir alle wichtigen Infos und das Gefühl hier willkommen zu sein. Für Fragen war Gabriella jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Ort Osteno hat ein wunderbares Flair, mit einem idyllischem Platz am Hafen und zwei Bars direkt am See. Frisches Ciabatta oder Brötchen zum Frühstück gibt es gleich um die Ecke in einem kleinen, gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen mit regionalen Produkten. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten runden den Urlaub ab, z.B. nach Lugano oder Como, in die Berge, am See, oder auch Wandern ab Haustür sind möglich. Von uns gibt es dafür volle 5 Sterne. Wunderschönes Feriendomizil direkt am See

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Balkon, großer sehr gepflegter Garten mit Liegewiese und Zugang zum Wasser. OSTENO selbst ist ein niedlicher kleiner Ort mit viel Charme. Sehr ruhige und ursprüngliche Umgebung. Alle interessanten Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Es hat uns bestens gefallen.

Wohnung mit Aussicht

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon direkt zum See. Großer Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit riesen Garten, wunderbarem Seeblick und einer top ausgestatteten Wohnung im 2.OG. Die Lage am Ende einer mini Sackgasse besticht durch die wunderbare Ruhe. Zudem gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten im Örtchen für einen Drink oder z.B. eine Pizza.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung

Fantastischer Blick auf den See, wunderbare Stille! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Sollte es wie bei uns Anfang Oktober frisch sein steht der Pellet–Ofen bereit! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Great views from lovely property

This is a spacious, clean apartment in a small town right on Lake Lugano. Delightful small balcony gives stunning views over the lake. Lovely welcome even though we were delayed with our arrival. Property has everything you need (except may be a kettle!) large comfortable bed, large bathroom. Town is small with only a small shop, but this stocks most basics and is great for the fresh break meat and cheese. Larger supermarkets 6km away in Porlezza. You are able to park close by to drop off and load bags, but car parking is a 5 minute walk away in small free public car park. Never an issue getting a space. We would certainly return.

A perfect place to explore the lake

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Lovely little village away from all the tourists but handy to all the sights. Had a problem connecting to the internet from the apartment but not a problem as we used the Internet at the local bar while having our afternoon refreshments by the lake. We stayed for two weeks and would highly recommend this apartment.

Großzügige Wohnung mit fabelhaftem Ausblick u, entspannter Ruhe ...

Alles was man so braucht , ist vorhanden . das Schlafzimmer ist groß mit Ausblick auf den Garten . Vom "Aufenthaltsraum" mit kleiner Küche geht man auf den kleinen Balkon . Die Aussicht über den See u. die kleine gepflegte Promenade ist sensationell !!! Leider ist bei dieser Wohnung keine Gartennutzung möglich . Eine kleine Bar ist ca. 20 m. entfernt , eine zweite ca. 100 m. am ende der kleinen Promenade. Nach ca.50 m. , um die Ecke , ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen in dem man alles nötige bekommt. In Porlezza (6Km) , ein etwas größerer u. sehenswerter Ort , sind einige große Supermärkte . Wer ruhe sucht , mit typisch italienischem Flair , ist hier in Osteno genau richtig !

Urlaub in einem idealen Umfeld

Die Unterbringung in der alten Villa in Claino con Osteno, einem beschaulichen Dorf am Lago, verdient die Bestbewertung. Die Lage der Villa mit parkähnlichem Garten ist ideal, das gemietete Apartment ist gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, der Kontakt mit der Vermietern gestaltete sich überaus angenehm und freundlich. Dieses Domizil ist unbedingt für einen entspannenden Urlaub zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in traumhafter Umgebung

Unsere Ferien in Claino waren traumhaft:-)) Das Apartment hat eine schöne große Küche mit Balkon und Aussicht, ein modernes Bad sowie ein großes Schlafzimmer. Besonderes Highlight waren die zwei Bars sowie der Lebensmittelladen im Ort mit original italienischem Flair. Ebenfalls empfehlen wir das Abendessen, das von der Verwalterin gekocht und in Apartment gebracht wird. Die Wohnung ist auch mit einem Pelletofen beheizbar, so dass die Wohnung auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit schön warm geheizt werden kann.

Like A Fairytale!

We had two weeks accomondation in this place. Our family (two grownups and two children) had travelled a lot all over Europe and many times by Italy for more ten years and we can definitely compare. This place is one of the best, very beautifull like in a fairytale, quite near to everything and so far to industrial pressure. Our best regards to mrs. Alessandra for her hospitality. Vladimir. Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in dem Appartement mit Blick auf den Luganer See verbracht. Im Juni ist es dort sehr ruhig und die Lage ist wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - vielleicht fehlt dem einen oder anderen das deutsche Fernsehen. Es sind nur zwei Sender zu empfangen, weil kein Astra-Satellit genutzt wird. Alle anderen können sich über großzügige Wohnung mit guten Betten freuen. Allerdings muss das Gepäck bis in den 2. Stock getragen werden. Wer dabei Probleme hat, sollte bereits bei der Anreise lieber ein Gepäckstück mehr verwenden, um keine schweren Koffer hochtragen zu müssen. Der Weg zum öffentlichen Badeplatz ist nicht weit, so kann man es verschmerzen, keinen eigenen Zugang zum See zu haben. Das Lido ist ein sehr angenehmer kostenfreier Badeplatz. Das Auto kann nicht am Haus geparkt werden, sondern es muss ein Parkplatz gefunden werden - nicht immer einfach. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut.

Très agréable séjour

L’appartement au 2ème étage d’une vieille demeure est situé dans un cadre très agréable. Il est très lumineux, bien agencé avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Le petit balcon autorise deux personnes à prendre leurs repas. Le village en bout de route est tranquille. Un parking gratuit est situé à 300m de l’appartement. Les photographies de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Cependant, une plus grande cafetière faciliterait la préparation de deux bols de café.

Die Seele baumeln lassen

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Anwesen, vom kleinen aber charmanten Balkon traumhafter Blick auf den See und die Berglandschaft. Hier spürt man den Charme und den Flair vergangener Zeiten.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, sodass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten und die saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wohnung geniessen konnten. Osteno ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden: Comer See, Lago Maggiore, die schönen Schweizer Flusstäler etc. Dabei ist der Ort absolut ruhig und friedlich und fernab von lärmendem Massentourismus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Location très agréable dans un petit village avec 2 bars et une épicerie.Superbe vue.Bien situé pour découvrir lac de Côme et Lugano.Pour le lac majeur il faut se lever tôt. Petite plage sympa pour se baigner à proximité Pas de moustiques.

"Nous recommandons ce logement entièrement conforme à l''annonce, très bien équipé et confortable dans un bel immeuble, en bordure du lac. "Wir durften sehr angeneh...

"Wir durften sehr angenehme und schöne Ferien in dieser Ferienwohnung erleben. Es ist jedoch zu sagen, dass wir auch die Ferienwohnung im Parterre gemietet hatten, wodurch wir den Garten mitbenutzen konnten. Ohne Nutzung des Gartens ist die Wohnung im 2. OG trotzdem schön, hat jedoch nur einen kleinen Balkon und keinen Seezugang."

"Geweldig mooi appartemen...

"Geweldig mooi appartement met een van de mooiste uitzichten op het meer van Lugano. Mooi, compleet ingericht met veel ruimte en privacy. In de directe nabijheid is een gezellig dorpscafeetje met terras aan het water waar het 's-avonds heerlijk vertoeven is."
