The greenway winds through Frazier Park on its way to Uptown. The neighborhood of Wesley Heights started in the early 1900's. The historic Wadsworth House, built in 1911, is just a couple of blocks away. It's an easy bike ride to Uptown using a bike lane or the curving, shady greenway. The area is noted for its many parks and proximity to Uptown, and Frazier Park, just a short walk down the greenway trail from the condo has a popular dog park, tennis courts and playing fields. Multiple 5-k races are run through the neighborhood each year.
The neighborhood was developed by EC Griffith, who also developed Dilworth, so there are many similarities in the neighborhoods, including the craftsman bungalows and wide sidewalks. The tree canopy is especially heavy here. The residents are a mix of long-timers and more recent arrivals, and the active neighborhood association does a great job of balancing the needs of the entire neighborhood as new development takes place.
Perhaps the most prized feature of the neighborhood is the extensive greenway system that runs throughout the area, allowing an immersion in nature rarely found so close to the city. Celadon fronts a wooded section of the trail, making it an ideal place to see the seasons change. From hearing the frogs emerge in spring, to seeing rare birds of prey and the occasional deer, and enjoying the flowering cherry trees, our guests enjoy the indoor space provided by the modern architecture and the outdoor space of the greenway and parks.

This property is a walk away from uptown Charlotte and by the greenway, located in the historic district of Wesley Heights. It comes ready to move-in, business ready with wifi, cable, fully furnished all included. This property is walking distance to uptown, the Knights Baseball stadium and the Panthers Stadium as well as everything Uptown has to offer.
