This villa is located in the quiet area of Son Rich, only 1.5 Km from the medieval town of Begur and 3kms from the beach of Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with private pool. From anywhere in the property there is a beautiful unobstructed view over the sea and coastline.
The villa consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, one single bedroom with a bed underneath with en-suite bathroom with bath, kitchen with dishwasher and a lounge/diner with a nice terrace overlooking the pool, the sea and the coastline. Two of the bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace.
On the lower floor there is a laundry area with washing machine, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, one bathroom with shower.
Around the house there are 5 smalls patios all with lovely views. WiFi. Barbecue. Garage. Capacity: 8 people.
